I did a sourdough class a month before covid hit. I still make 2-3 loaves a week just for us. It's a little bit of goodness I can do for my family and budget. It doesn't keep well, only good as toast the days after but we like it that way. I avoid the social media sites about it, they get a bit militant and I'm not in it for aesthetics. It's not rocket science or a beauty contest, it's just bread. Very nice bread.

Mine is busy barking at Mr 10 and his playmate. I tell her to be quiet and she barks back at me. In fairness, the boys are loud.

I an over 50km away, and hate going into the city. But for them, I would.

And when I have lots of lemons, I juice them all and freeze 1 cup portions in snap lock bags.

We use this one, not fizzy but you could add soda water if you want. traditional lemonade

Nearly better off waiting for it to cook, then peel it off!

Oh, that's messy.

I haven't even got out of mine. Put a bra on, yes. But the child's clothes are sorted and 3 bags of outgrown clothes are ready for the OP shop.
