im sure this is asked all the time but my apple tv remote randomly stopped controlling my tv’s volume and power. in c/apple@hardware.watch

I had kinda of a similar problem, is the remote controlling the TV through HDMI or IR or auto? I had it on auto and it stopped working, but it’s back when I set it on HDMI
