The next step will be to label left wing parties as “foreign agents” just like what they are accusing the LGBT activists of.

Note that I am not saying that foreign NGOs don’t influence their domestic politics and are as tools to advance Western imperialism in those countries. I am saying that be careful of what such a law can do against left wing movements when it is wielded by right wing reactionary governments.

It is a common excuse used by right wing reactionary states to label LGBT activists as “foreign influence”.

This is simply a reminder to those who uncritically support right wing reactionary governments who curb foreign NGOs (which I am not opposed to, in principle) in the name of “anti-imperialism” that the same excuse will be used against our LGBT comrades and also left wingers down the road, by simply accusing them of being “Western influence” now that the law already exists.

Yeah, my conspiracy brain is already tingling. As I already posted, this is very likely an op to snuff out those who do not align with Biden e.g. those trying to call for a ramping down of the conflict in Ukraine.

There is simply way too much interests tied into Project Ukraine right now that they are starting to get nervous about the whole operation being threatened. Biden’s (or the deep state?) probably going to use this opportunity to chop off the dissenting faction.

lol spend enough time around Russian doomers and you’ll pick up the habit too. It always goes like this: the enemy is very smart and powerful, no way they’ll make stupid mistakes which only our leaders seem uniquely capable of doing, their mistakes always look so deliberate and feigned, god we’re gonna lose so badly!

Georgian parliament gives initial approval to sweeping curbs on LGBT rights (Reuters)

Remember when people here were celebrating Georgia cracking down on foreign NGOs? Yeah, this is what it leads to. Be careful what you wish for next time.

The VAST majority of the people in America doesn’t give a shit about what’s been happening in Palestine. It stops at “yeah awful things are happening in other places outside of our country.” If people really cared, you would have seen a much larger scale of protests.

Both candidates had avoided answering any of the relevant questions directly, making the debate more of a spectacle than a statement of their political platforms. So I don’t think it matters what he really meant in the debate.

Hot take: Biden participating in the debate was the Biden faction’s “Let a hundred flowers bloom” campaign, in collaboration with the media, to snuff out dissenters within the party ranks, with the ultimate goal of consolidating the control of the party under the iron grip of the Biden faction. Those who don’t fall in line with be destroyed.

Watch and see how this plays out.

Wait, you think it’s a joke? Have you been doing all this posting without getting paid?

Come on, Biden’s performance wasn’t good but he didn’t get confused about countries and events, made some good points about abortion, and most importantly, didn’t fall on stage like many had expected. He’s going to be fine.
