I think you mean "Trump illegally raises tariffs on Canada to 35% with no trade deal in sight."

"If a publication ran an editors' note to 'clarify' that some portion of Nazi death camp victims had preexisting conditions, it would rightfully be accused of Holocaust denialism," said writer Natalie Shure. "This is one of the most depraved things The New York Times has ever published."

May I quibble? This is just one of the many, many depraved things The New York Times has published. And it's pretty damned depraved, but I don't think it's in the top twenty.

I'd like the ability to block users when I stumble over an imbecile while browsing, but I still need to see the blocked user's comments in groups that I moderate.

At present, user blocks are absolute, and don't take moderation into consideration. This means, since I moderate a group, I can't block users. If I do, and they later post to the group I moderate, I won't see their posts or comments.

We need city-owned parking lots for living in, with an on-site live-in manager, and an adjacent building for showers and toilets.

Republicans promise stupidity and cruelty, and wow do they deliver. Dems promise little, and deliver less. In a weird way, maybe that makes Dems more corrupt.

Throw in a blowjob for the President and twenty-million for a 'library', and maybe you'll have a deal.

Compared to what we have in 2025, Joe Biden was a very, very good president. I mean, he had brain rot to be sure, and was nothing much even before the rot set in, but compared to what we have, a 90% presence would be a relief.

It makes no sense to blame the current DNC for anything before February.

You're hilarious.

I'll take good news with a swig o' morning whisky, thanks.

Ladies & gentlemen, The New York Times — always ready to blow the lid off 'news' everyone already knows.

Newsom’s aunt was married to Nancy Pelosi’s brother-in-law until they divorced, almost 50 years ago. This wouldn't make him her nephew, even before the divorce, and there are more pertinent reasons to abhor both Pelosi and Newsom.
