His clothes aren’t popular, his new songs aren’t popular.
He effectively removed himself from mainstream going forward.
Now if he puts out new songs.. that will be where it matters.
As a lot of “canceled” artists in the past weren’t hugely popular or relevant at the time they got found out.

As setting it as a percentage is hard. Mostly because it means people have to defend the elected official ALL THE TIME.
Like a hater threshold vote ? As I’d hate to have say “I don’t want to get rid of someone I’m neutral on” every month.
But it would give the most annoying people something to do every month.
Term Limits are great for The Parties. As running, building an org is hard/takes time, but term limits mean they just slot in the face at the top.
Longer terms with no limits but easier recalls would be better. As less time campaigning, but the ability to remove horrible people.
Less campaigning means less need for big money.
