None of the relevant information changes (DL#, your actual driving record, your identity, etc), it's mostly just to update photo and address if that's changed, then give you a fresh card with a new expiry date. This will have no effect on your employer doing a driving records check. May as well do it while you know you have the time available.
Many have riffed on the military’s tradition of using playing cards to help troops learn about the enemy. You can currently find “Gaza’s Most Wanted” playing cards on Instagram, purportedly depicting “leaders and commanders of various groups such as the IRGC, Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis, and numerous leaders within Iran-backed militias.” A Shopify store selling “Covid’s Most Wanted” playing cards, displaying figures like Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci, and including QR codes linking to a website “where all the crimes and evidence are listed,” is available as of this writing. Hero Decks, which sells novelty playing cards generally showing sports figures, even produced a deck of “Wall Street Most Wanted” cards in 2003 (popular enough to have a second edition).
Rules for thee, not for me.
.... Weren't they doing it illegally/without consent already?
"you're banned from committing crime"
If you install nets just below rooftop edges to catch jumpers... What stops them jumping down to the net, then jumping from the net?
Warning, may cause California in the state of Cancer.
Ah, that's the bit I missed 'or animals'.
Without that it just sounds like they're arguing against themselves.
I'm confused. This is notice from the FDA that the additive will no longer be permitted. It then goes on to explain why it's perfectly fine to permit it....
The petition requested the agency review whether the Delaney Clause applied and cited, among other data and information, two studies that showed cancer in laboratory male rats exposed to high levels of FD&C Red No. 3 due to a rat specific hormonal mechanism. The way that FD&C Red No. 3 causes cancer in male rats does not occur in humans. Relevant exposure levels to FD&C Red No. 3 for humans are typically much lower than those that cause the effects shown in male rats. Studies in other animals and in humans did not show these effects; claims that the use of FD&C Red No. 3 in food and in ingested drugs puts people at risk are not supported by the available scientific information.
This is what we've decided to do and this is why that decision doesn't make any sense. More at 11.

"now that you mention it; that sounds like a lot of fun"
Lmao, that headline is hilarious
“I thought it would be impossible for me to have mugged that lady in Central Park since I was on a flight back to NYC from Toronto when it happened, but with the groundbreaking power of artificial intelligence it turns out I’m actually guilty—is there anything AI can’t do?” said Jones. “I’m on the flight manifest and everything, but if AI said I did it then I guess it must have been me. I hope my lawyer knows some good prompts to ask ChatGPT for a criminal defense strategy!”
😆😆
I was gonna say; not a lot of other creatures setup industrial farms... If you want to survive as a plant species, making humans like you isn't a terrible strategy.
