Honestly; best change Elmo has made

Ah, I see. It's been a long time since I dove into this....

OP will probably want to use plain Client Mode then. Same thing, but a bit more stable and with an extra NAT.

Not really a big deal unless you need clients on the primary network to reach the services on secondary network. Then you've just gotta be aware of the extra NAT and the port forwarding required.

WDS is what DDWRT uses for wifi client bridging. (it's mentioned on the first page of the link i provided)

If you've got a spare router laying around; you can probably flash DDWRT, OpenWRT or similar to it, then use the wifi on it as a client-bridge. Does exactly what you asked for: connects to wifi and bridges the lan ports to that connection.

I used to do this at LAN parties almost 15 years ago. I know for sure DDWRT will do it.

We're very clearly talking about two adults in this case; but I see your point.

I'm just thinking about my own experiences; several of the better friends in my life have been close to or more than twice my age.

All I'm saying is don't base your judgements on age alone; look closer than that.

I'm paying $120/mo CAD (~83USD) for a '1.5 gigabit' fiber connection that actually tests at ~160mbps.

That's been pretty consistent in speed+price for 5ish years.

Do you have other reasons to not like King, or is it just his age?

A persons age tells you very little about their character; it's often little more than a number.

I'd say give him a chance. Make an effort to get to know him and see what him and your son have in common. You may just find yourself liking King.

'C' is a special char here. All codes must start with it, leaving the rest grouped in two groups: numbers, then letters. X Y Z is a pretty common placholder for '11' '12' and '13'. 'C' will also function as a clear button, to begin entering a new code attempt. Probably why they chose 'C' as a simple label.

I may have gone with left to right then top to bottom, instead of top to bottom then left to right; but that's more personal preference.

That requires effort up-front every time I click download.

I'd rather just click 'download' and let it go to an easy to find default location. The desktop means I won't just forget about it for months. It may sit there for a day or two, but it definitely won't get ignored the way a folder I rarely look at does; because the clutter right in my face annoys me into cleaning it up.

Working around/against my own procrastination.

I don't mind the location; but it's annoying being hidden by default. Trying to direct people to it can be a pain sometimes.

(though 'run' > '%appdata%' usually works)

This is gonna be a wild four years of 'Onion or Not The Onion' and looking at what community it's in isn't a good enough clue...
