I'm picturing a lineup of people with extreme duck-face; pushing their lips around to move a cursor on their screens...

Github isn't taking Nintendo to court over one of their users projects. They just comply with the takedown request and remove it. The user/dev isn't going to fight Nintendo to bring it back either.

I wasn't trying to assign blame...

Just noticed it didn't work when I tried it, so I added the working one for others to follow if they wish.

But the crowd mentally needs something to be pissed about; so go ahead, pile on some more downvotes. Glad I could provide some release.

Indeed.

The post also contains a link to github as well as a link to youtube.

The github link does not work, hence my comment.

This hyperlink

Does not work.

That's what I was pointing out and providing an amended link.

America.

Just scrolling lemmy, I've read at least two cases this week of people either opening fire on a pizza delivery driver for pulling into the wrong driveway, or forcing an uber driver to the ground at rifle point for dropping off the gun owners daughter.

I'd always heard the sentence 'hung by the neck until dead' was taken literally: If you survived the drop, you're just gonna be hanging there longer. The result is the same.

Why would you ever be buying a sim card seprate from the carrier servicing it...?

Honestly asking, that's incredibly unusual to me. Where I live, the mobile carrier always provides the sim card. Usually free with a monthly phone plan, or as a part of a pre-paid plan. (pre-paid you can usually buy from a corner store like seven eleven. monthly you'll actually have to visit their store/mall booth)
