Sadly I don’t think you have these in gaming mode.
Maybe in desktop mode though since Steam OS uses KDE.
I was about to buy a controller specially for the deck when it’s docked, but I might not have to in the end.

I really hope the Stop Killing Games initiative changes something as I want to own my (single player) games forever on every store (not only GOG as it’s not so Linux friendly despite the heroic games launcher).

About the « deck verified » part, I was only seeing it on the Deck, but now that I’ve checked it’s kind of hidden when you go to the store with Firefox. So that’s one problem solved.
Yeah for now I’ve been using a lot before buying games, but it didn’t give me any information about all of my questions.
Still it’s a great ressource for any compatibility issue.
I’d say it should even be implemented into Steam OS without ressorting to a plugin.

I’ve had something like this on a Playstation 3 controller a while ago.
It was a problem with some foam which got thinner with age and a contact patch.
I don’t know if the same thing could apply to a few years old Steam Deck, but the symptoms were exactly the same.
