It's literally not 100% accurate. He is not selling the shirts...as of yet.

This is just a fact check, not a defense of Idiot Ranger.

Incomplete article by The Hill... Actually, the more I look at it this is a bad article. The only current bill introduced to the Congress is from last year by a different Representative. Bernie put out yesterday (the 13th) that he will be introducing a bill on Thursday the 14th (2024-03-14). It's only 0600 local time Washington, D.C. so it hasn't happened yet. And it would be very strange to he is introducing another act in the same session (118th).

H.R.1332 - Thirty-Two Hour Workweek Act since they couldn't even link to the bill.

Congress.gov has the sponsor as Rep. Takano, Mark [D-CA-39] (Introduced 03/01/2023).

Long title: Official Title as Introduced

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to reduce the standard workweek from 40 hours per week to 32 hours per week, and for other purposes.

Yeah, I should have specified that it could have played it if I paid but I couldn't remember the amount and I'd rather use VLC.

That's so weird. I was just praising M$ to myself because I noticed that they are using \OneDrive\ and \Documents\ now and no spaces to be found.

I was surprised I was able to uninstall Media Player on Windows 11. I played a video file on my laptop and accidentally selected "always open with". Lo and behold Windows Media Player doesn't play HEVC encoded files (not sure if it was 264 or 265). I thought I would have to tinker with the default program settings but tried "add or remove programs" on a lark and it worked. I then opened the file with VLC as one normally does and life is back in balance.

The talk show host pointed out that Cholmondeley is actually pronounced “Chumley” and made the bizarre pronunciation a running joke. “Now there have been rumors an affair between William and the Marching Band of Chicanery since 2019,” he said, mocking her title.

-Stephen Colbert trolls Prince William's alleged affair with Rose Hanbury

There's no Fookin' way in the King's English this is the real way to pronounce this!?!

I just watched a YouTube video today about Ben Sisko and his fighting the Marquis and how my current views have made me dislike him and his actions. He had overtaken Picard as my favorite but I think I'm back to Picard being my number one favorite captain.

You need less workers to track other workers. Instead you have devices that you pay for one time instead of a salary in theory. I'd guess the bean counters have looked at it and figured it saves money in salary and also in other ways.

I know that UPS was (and I assume still is but I have not l been with the company in about 15 years) big into telematics. I remember one of their biggest safety concerns was backing and they knew how many times you did it and if you did it before or after you parked. If you backed over a certain amount of times per day or if you did it once after parking and turning off your package car, you'd be in with management being questioned about it.

Always an upvote for an Office Space reference even if upvotes didn't matter.
