Why don't you try 13 mini? It's way better. On androids side that would be galaxy s10e or more recent phone Asus zenfone 10.

But, yeah, I completely agree with you about annoying big sizes nowadays, and if they're small, they're usually bad , that's why I'm switching to 15pro January.
