Oh no question. But even moron votes count (at least statistically speaking).
So at this point, I fully expect Harris to run a much tighter ship than she has been and Trump to increase his very violent rhetoric.

We're just a few weeks away from the election. The candidates have two different but important roles.
As much as you may want Harris to say something like "We will defend the trans community," it's going to alienate swing voters.
It makes no earthly sense the election is this close but it is. Kamala can't afford a misstep but Tim can.
Overturn RvW. He campaigned on this promise and he got it.
I'm not saying it as a gotcha but there are very much things he promised and he delivered on, many of which were done via very illegal and unconstitutional executive orders.
Other "accomplishments":
(Quick side note: I'm only counting policy based accomplishments. Things like hating on gays or hurting immigrants, while technically promises, I'm going to categorize as "legalized oppression".)
There are more but I need to get back to my date. 😅
It'd be like Triumph the insult dog. They could have segregated the exhibit so that if you're a pearl clutching parent you can avoid it but this could have been a great way to raise money.
I'm going to edit my comment to be a bit clearer but the Framers knew that the Constitution wasn't meant for all time, that the document would need to be rewritten to reflect the changing values and issues in the present age. The easiest example is the third amendment. While it's important, yes, that we not be required to quarter troops in our homes, it isn't exactly the main issue facing us as a nation.
Fucking conservative judges, however, seem to think that the "history and culture" of the document should trump whatever issue is going on now.
Honestly, we'd do better with an Article 5 constitution convention.
The constitution was never meant to be something that was interpreted from the lens of when it was written. The Framers specifically made a way for states to rewrite the Constitution to adopt with the changing times.
Edit: clarified my comment as it was a bit ambiguous
That made me true but let's not ignore the huge profit motive for Kodak to keep people on film. That was their money maker.
They had an incentive to keep that technology out of the consumer market.
It's a bit of a long story and probably would reveal a bit more than I'm comfortable with.
TL;DL: I started to realize that the Christians I was hanging around didn't actually care about the political issues they said they did.
2016 was the first election where I didn't vote Republican. 2018 was the first election I voted Democrat down the line. 2020 was the first election I donated, supported, and campaigned for a democratic candidate (Bernie).
With my experience and technical background, I've learned I'm way underpaid, even among my peers in my company.
$215k annual would be what I consider fair.
Government workers deserve good wages as well.
I support a 75% salary increase in your current role.
You realize that if newspapers offered a federated service (pay once, you get them all), they'd make money hand over fist?
But noooo...each newspaper wants you to pay.
I'd pay upwards of $20 a month if that guaranteed me access to the major newspapers (NYT, WaPo, LA Times, etc.) and my local one with one subscription.
I hate to say it but everything is fucking political now. Yes it sucks that it's tied to your identity but identity politics scores super easy points with conservatives because it's so much easier to point out vs the massive wealth disparities between people like Musk and you and me.
