Don't insurance companies carry something like "super insurance" where it's like a meta policy in the event of something catastrophic?

The DNC rigged the primary for Hilary and pushed Bernie out. My unpopular opinion is that the DNC was within their rights to do that (being a private party and all) but it was shitty as hell.

Wow I started this post wanting to disagree with you but....yeah...we really need to be marching against the DNC right now.

Tricking people to pay 100x its normal cost is pure unadulterated capitalism.

The kinds of psychos that work at companies that measure performance by number of commits and PRs, successful or not.

Sadly yes. Ever since he became a "philanthropist", people come out of the woodwork to say he's "one of the good ones". I have to remind them that he may be "good" now but he can still pay his fucking taxes and be better.

Some sellers are delusional and think their house is special and that it will sell for more than they list, even expect it.

There have been times where I made an offer and the seller countered and based on their contingencies, I got the vibe that they were going to be an asshole through closing.

One seller even threatened to sue even though I was fully within my rights to walk away. My response to my agent was "tell them to serve me papers."

Never heard from them again.

Because they want to oppress people.
