It varies from state to state. Some let you take it the next day, others might require you to wait a few weeks. At least that is what I remember from when I was worried about failing the test. Although, I've never really heard of a practice where the DMV or an instructor fails everyone the first time. Some instructors might be stricter than others, but I don't think it's a policy across DMVs and driving instructors. Besides, with two months of practice, you should be fine. So long as you can obey traffic laws and do what the instructor says you should pass.

Having trouble giving Sony the benefit of the doubt these days, but this move just seems odd. I imagine destroying unsold merchandise is fairly common when an agreement ends, but merchandise that was sold, but not shipped? From the letter, it seems like their agreement with Sony was suddenly terminated, which usually doesn't happen without cause. If it was just a normal case of the license expiring you would think Gaming Heads would be aware of that in advance. Also, sending disgruntled customers after a Sony employee who may or may not have signed off on the decision doesn't look like a good move. Definitely curious to see if more comes out about this.
I'm sure this will lead to a flood of quality content on Reddit. More seriously paying people to make content for your social media site while you sell information about them to advertisers is an interesting business model, to say the least.
Curious to see the differences between the "real" plans and the leaked ones. Obviously, some of the dates are off since some of those games haven't been released yet and I have a hard time believing Elder Scrolls 6 is coming out next year. I could see some of those games being canceled, but it's hard to see plans around the midgen refresh changing up too much. It makes sense to have something to compete with the PS5 Pro that Sony is probably going to release next year and an all-digital Series X would be a good way to test the waters for going completely digital next generation.
This court case with the FTC is really just the gift that keeps on giving. Struggling to think of the last time a gaming company just leaked all this kind of stuff by accident. The mid-gen refresh is surprising given how vocal Spencer has been about not needing one, but it makes sense, especially if they want to push people to go digital only. The talk about buying Nintendo and Valve is concerning. Still, I have a really hard time imagining Nintendo would ever sell out to any company and Valve's current leadership seems against anything like that. Of course, these things can change and Microsoft certainly seems willing to play the long game when it comes to acquisitions like this.
As someone who was hyped for Cyberpunk but backed out due to all the negative press, I'm cautiously optimistic about Phantom Liberty. I was a little concerned back when they announced the game would only have one major expansion, but the free update revamping the game has eased a lot of those concerns. Looking forward to finally picking up Cyberpunk once the update and expansion are out.
Unity really just keeps stepping on rakes right now huh? Can't wait to see how they manage to make this situation even worse before it's over.
Most of the dreams I remember are what I guess you would call the 3rd person where I'm watching myself go through the dream. It's hard to explain. It's kind of like watching a movie while also being an actor in the movie if that makes sense.
It would be a shame if they were forced to follow through with this threat. Cult of the Lamb is a great game. I'd be curious to know if this changes their plans for their next big content update, which they'd tentatively moved to late 2023 back in August.
I haven't even heard of half of these shows, let alone watched them. Who even has time to watch all of these?
Yeah, I don't see that happening. It's clear that they want to move past Roblox being a platform for kids, but I feel that stigma is going to hang around for a while. Besides the obvious fact that adding an adult dating space to a platform primarily used by children sounds like a recipe for disaster.
So this is what being old feels like. I don't like it. But seriously that's the benefit of stuff not automatically having to connect to the internet and download a bunch of updates, you just plug it in and you're good to go. I mean stuff like updates and patches are extremely convenient, but it is nice to just put a disc in a console and have it work without having to sit through a download. PS2 is a great console and one of the last where you could just plug and play without having to deal with online accounts, updating apps, and all the stuff that goes along with modern consoles.
