I think its the bounciness. Only ball my dog ever gave even a single fuck about was a largish rubber bouncy ball that we played with in a empty parking lot. (it was really funny till I lost the ball)
My guy barely plays with sticks. You throw a stick for him and he'll just watch it fall unless he is at like 7/10 excitedness. He will never bring the stick back for you to throw again. He might come back 3/4 of the way to try and get you to chase/fight him for the stick but more likely he will just take it somewhere comfy to chew on it. If you do fight/chase him for the stick and get it from him you will only get to throw it like 2 or 3 more times before he gives up.

Horrible reactionary people come to the right conclusions for the wrong reasons all the time. Heck they even come to the right conclusions for the right reason on occasion. Under no circumstances does anyone "have to hand it to" 
unless the "it" they are handing is a death sentence.
I'm talking about the expectations set in the formative years of zelensky's training and why he really doesn't "have to realise how ridiculous he sounds at this point."
He was trained to think that if he made enough of a stink he would get what he wanted. For zelensky the word "no" just means to beg harder and nato will cave. He thinks nato weapons shipments are like magic If he says the right incantation, with the right emotion, in the right setting, to the right people, the weapons will arrive. He keeps trying different configurations but the results have stopped working and he is incapable of understanding why. His most recent successful "Spell castings" he has said "I need 10" and he gets 5, so he thinks if he asks for 100 he will get 50 when the fact is what he asks for and what he gets are unrelated. He thinks he is haggling when in fact his words and desires are irrelevant.
Fallout was right only its 100 years off and the vaults are being built in China not usa.
