Yeah I do agree modern Linux is easier to use at least for basic task, but once something break or you need to install a software that requires a lot of dependencies or configurations that's another story, I'm still new to Linux and I can't remember how many times I accidentally break the entire OS and needed to reinstall again
Realistic graphics are fuxking sucks, not only it requires remotely high end PC to get a somewhat playable fps but it also eat so much storage space which is unnecessary if you play on medium or low graphics which defeated the purpose of "realism"
If he didn't sold it to Google I don't think he have enough budget to maintain the site
I think game controllers, external sound card or external Ethernet they all use the same generic driver that Microsoft provide to them, and those devices can add their own functionality on top, but Linux can't have that driver because it's MS property
So what you're saying is you're OK with some weirdo come to your house harassing you and your family?
Linux does support more CPU architecture (x86 Arm PowerPC RISC) while Windows only support x86 and some Arm CPU so technically Linux support more CPU but Windows does support more GPU and Plug and Play devices (controller, external sound card...)
So ahhh... Lost Lemmer?
I just created a lemmy.ca account because LW down time guess I use this account as my main and the other one is to collecting dust
no real useful answer, it said "As for the save menu, Microsoft Word typically has a built-in save menu that allows you to save your documents directly within the application. If you have any further questions or need assistance with specific features" that's not true since I'm using the latest version and still no built-in save menu
