I use it and it works great except their eddie client is kinda garbage (at least on Windows) so I switched to using Wiresock on Windows and then later gluetun after setting up a Linux machine.

I was with you with this thought experiment until the teleportation part and knowing that you weren't drugged. In this situation, you couldn't possibly know that at the time and that really changes things from a bizarre but realistic scenario to one involving aliens or some such.

I think the key difference is approaching them to try and "pick them up" versus approaching for a conversation. The former can be creepy and inappropriate while the latter is less so (depending on your demeanor and the situation).

As a taller person, I could see myself rocking a little too far and toppling over with my feet trapped in behind the lower bar. It's an interesting design though this version looks really rickety and like it's made out of cheap plywood.
