You have definitely never worked with a regex guru.

I've seen far worse movies, movies that are truly unwatchable.

I know nothing about the source material and I get the impression that's the difference here between those who think this is a terrible movie instead of just another mediocre comic book movie. As someone who had never read comics, they're all equally meh to me but I wouldn't call any of them unwatchable.

Its a lot easier said than done, esspecially in an easy-to-enter, oversaturated field like tech or retail

If actors and writers can figure this out, two fields it's that are even easier to "enter" so can tech.

Cloud services are a big help here.

Also, delete doesn't mean delete on iOS there's an automatic grace period.

Also, depending on how closely they are watching it's very easy to save images and photos to Files, essentially a on device copy.

It's not ideal but it is definitely possible.

This is a just a meme but it doesn't take any effort to verify it.

Snippet:

Diego's 'work' to save his species started back in the 1960s, when there were only 14 wild tortoises - 2 male and 12 female - left on Espanola, the southernmost island in the Galapagos Archipelago and the only native habitat for the species.

Now, with roughly 2,000 captive-bred tortoises released into the wild, the species has rebounded, and it looks like Diego and his mates were largely responsible. Based on recent genetic studies, Diego has fathered roughly 40 percent of all those released.

The Boomer term has shifted to being about state of mind.

This started after "ok, boomer" caused all these people to out themselves.

Just going to post another reply to you in this thread to let you know I agree with everything you're saying.

The vibe of these people is the exact same vibes I get from right wing people elsewhere in the internet. They literally blame the same people for the similar reasons.

It's eerie until I remember all the stats on American education. Anyone who talks with these levels of certainty are fools. Every time. Every one.

All up and down this thread is just utter disregard for any aspect of reality that contradicts the narrative.

Welcome to Lemmy!

Unlike Reddit and its right wing trolls, we have leftish wannabes who are clearly are intellectually on even ground with any random right wing troll and they will downvote anyone who disagrees into oblivion at best and ban you most of the time.

These threads are no different than any r/conservative echo chamber. If their points could face criticism, they wouldn't need to downvote and they wouldn't need safe places.

Everything is a product of nurture and nature. Free will is an illusion. Your brain doesn't give a shit.

Also, law and order isn't based on if there were better choices but which choice you chose.

The fact that your choice was based on fate doesn't change the consequences. It doesn't unassault a 70 year women.

I like this.

Kids are already taught to look for "context clues"

Namespacing would require the author explicitly define the namespace.

I would also add versioning as a year/month and localization.

The rich didn't design this, they merely exploit the design.

The rich do not create or design anything. They steal everything they have from the working class and rebrand some of it as their own.
