Ja ein Hochhaus mit vielen Wohnungen ist wahrscheinlich effizienter, aber für mich eine dystopische Vorstellung wenn alle so leben sollen. Daher würde ich sagen: Kleine Grundstücke in kleinen, begrünten Vierteln ohne Autos = alle glücklicher, immer noch gut für die Umwelt.
