If you factor in every Japanese game in existence this statement will crumble really fast. Your examples are both Nintendo games and they have particularly high quality standards and a focus on fun gameplay (ignore the water temple in Ocarina of Time).

I had a cat named Leia (my pets all have Star Wars names) and she would never eat normally. She snatched a piece out of the bowl and sometimes even chased it around the kitchen. This is why I could never give her wet food.

I had a cat who loved doing that with a ball of paper. It was basically the only toy she cared for. I bought her so much stuff but it was all not interesting.

Judging by the comments in this thread this will be the one defining mistake that kills Microsoft.

Some banjo action was expected!

Jk it was a fine game and had an awesome cover in a weird way.

Phalanx comes to mind

I'm a single person and my regular sized dishwasher runs 1-2 times a week. I use a lot of bowls while cooking and containers for leftovers and stuff. Pots fill the lower floor up pretty quickly. Pans, knifes and anything wooden I wash by hand. I could live with a smaller dishwasher but then it would run even more frequently. I can't imagine a life without one.

Though there is always a person standing next to the self-checkouts helping people if something is not working or they need to approve alcohol. They always seem pretty bored just standing around.
