I remember listening to CBC many many years ago talking about this same thing...sad to think that this hasn't been resolved :(

Lets spend $$$ on “the most ambitious study of homelessness conducted across Ontario” to show folks how much homeless people we have instead of how can we solve that problem without blaming the government for it...
Just another example between the "legal" and the "justice" system...
Should put more than just cancer warning...like warning about losing your house, your family, your dignity.
I didn't realized how ignorant most of Quebec was when it came to the news outside of the province when I moved out of there unless it was French...
