The problem is that they have very winnable games left in the schedule. Arizona, Atlanta, & Detroit at home. They win those games they finish 6-11, Poles uses that to justify not firing Flus. Nvm the wins they left on the field because he's incompetent.

So Warren is the variable in all of this. IF he really does want to be more involved in the football side of things, then Ryan Poles is absolutely not safe, especially if he pulls a Ryan Pace and stands in front of the bullets for Flus.
I think the only way Flus gets fired is if Warren orders it, though. Poles won't do it on his own.
Idk man, the bears kicked a field goal on 4th and inches and a field goal on 4th & 2 those are on Flus. Plus Flus called the defense that let the Lions score a touchdown in 1:16.
But really, I don't think Getsy does it on accident.
This would be more accurate if the top said, "but he just wins games," and the bottom said, "He threw for less than 170 yards"
