I dunno, it literally just looks like a mod for BF3 or BF4. Which would have been fine for just a graphics update and some QoL improvements back in the day, but now all this will be is a Skinner box designed to force you to buy as many microtransactions as possible… Which begs the question of why bother playing this when you could just play BF4 which seems pretty similar but won’t be harassing you endlessly to give EA more money?

He’s been mad about windmills ever since Scotland built some within viewing distance of his golf course there. He tried to argue they’d lower his property values and whatnot but he has been ranting about windmills ever since.

Not a single advancement in productivity has lead to a decrease in actual work done by American workers in the past like 50 years, why would AI be any different? It’ll just be another thing they point to in order to say “you should be getting more done.”

Split Fiction is great but I think It Takes Two was just a better game all around. Split Fiction was faster paced which was nice, but the little exploration areas in It Takes Two were just wonderful. Lots of little surprises and fun details to find that made it a joy to slow down and just explore and experience some nice environments. Split Fiction was really missing that and while it’s still great, I wish they’d done a bit of that too.

Loving their use of “all politicians” like there isn’t a specific party that voted against this thing… they are so good at slapping “all politicians” on anything they don’t like when their team does it so they can pretend they’re not on the wrong side.

Again, it literally does not say that Nazis cannot exist because of those things, you're reading that into the text. That's a you problem. It very literally says less than 3% of the country voted for Nazis which is what you're claiming it doesn't say? It flat out admits there may be Nazis, but they do not have any power.

Yeah, except that’s not what the article says at all, which gives away the fact that you’re going in with a narrative that you refuse to be questioned on.

The article says that Nazis could very well exist, but they don’t have any significant power. Which you’d think invading an entire country to get at a handful of alleged Nazis might be a bit overkill, since there’s zero evidence that the entire country is just overrun with Nazis.

Again, they’re using the same argument Israel is: everyone in this territory is (insert code word for evil here) and we must be allowed to kill them. But you think it’s ok when Russia does that.

What part of it isn’t convincing?

[–] Ciderpunk@lemmy.world 15 points 1 month ago (13 children)

Don’t let the tankies see this. It would ruin their ability to justify Russia’s invasion and they’d have to reckon with the fact that they can correctly identify Israel saying “everyone in Palestine is a Hamas” as bullshit but for some reason Russia saying “everyone in Ukraine is a Nazi” weirdly doesn’t register. It’s almost like genocide is fine as long as your team is doing it.

But but… RFK Jr swore during his confirmation hearing that he wouldn’t just do antivaxx shit! Are you saying he lied????

Hasn’t Elon been complaining about anti-natalists being the worst people alive? Seems awfully convenient that all of the sudden there’d be something for that dipshit to point at as “proof” anti-natalists are evil.
