So I think, as usual, everything in moderation. Olive oil is also a great choice, of course.

You need fat in your diet, if you don't already have a good amount of it. Add a good bit of coconut oil and/or peanut butter to your meal (such as your oatmeal).

Fascinating. Thanks for the info!
Is it...powdered? Or somehow it's liquid in a bag? I'm so confused here.
Thanks, that immediately fixed the issue for me!
I know the two replies are jokes so far, but this is really important news for people who live in this area, such as myself. This is the second bear attack this season in the general area that I'm aware of, though I can't remember if the first one was a black or grizzly. Hopefully the circumstances of the attack are known; and hopefully it's explainable. Otherwise it's unlikely they can capture the bear and remove it, and we'll have another dangerous bear in the area, which poses a major risk for outdoor enthusiasts.
Good, I am glad they charged him. These ecosystems are fragile and human travel damages them. And some of the thermal vents are literally boiling...and they have crusts over them so you can't tell where the edge is. Yellowstone is a rugged, beautiful and dangerous place that must be respected.
Good / meh, nothingburger.
Not a stupid question. You could (tritium is created in the atmosphere naturally) but it would take a huge amount of energy to evaporate it.
Cleaning large areas or intensive scrubbing is definitely tiring. Vacuum or mop the whole house, or scrub the tub to remove soap scum - it will raise the heart rate and can make the arms tired.
Light duty stuff like dishes, not so much.
I'm ignoring it in terms of decision making, but any explanations for why the markets are down right now (USA)?
