When I did admin it was 66% and then I'd leave early as well. My current role is peaks and troughs of busy, so I work based onnthat

Calling people out on nasty behaviour to others. I know everyone has to pick their battles but I'll often stand up against bullies and others should too

Dad was a sadist who emotionally, physically and sexually abused them. He's known to have done it to other children too. Mum was aware and didn't stop it. They weren't believed decades ago but are now.
