From my knees works and I've got light dumbells, so doing that until angled pushups sounds smart. Definitely a beginner so thanks for the advice and encouragement soviet-heart

fitness question: I've heard conflicting opinions on what form of pushups are good/bad, so I figured to ask fitness people here if there is a 'wrong' way (like elbows out versus in as I've heard) and/or how pushup form effects different muscle groups? I have little upper body strength so if the best form is 'elbows tucked in and to the floor' then thats too difficult for me, and I need an inbetween option.

it also turned into my best run yet, at least till I died to my own Burgeoning.

plus I had found a chain mail Rifle Turret Disguise and a carbide two hander, so it was funny to sweep through red rock as a turret sprite one shotting everything haha

regularly staying up/getting up to photograph space things that don't follow our silly rules meant that daylight savings barely impacted me unlike previous times. i think paying attention to sunrise/set and planet movements has been pretty good for my mental health, making me feel grounded and all that. plus fresh 4am air.
