probably can't unless they changed it recently. paints are very limited things you gotta buy separately (and usually only 1 or 2 options of bland colours). in-game paint shops are one of those mysteriously missing mmo things that have been promised for way too many years.
star citizen has been developed like a business model way more than a game for a while now, but if you do buy it then let me know cause I need someone to help me fit golf-carts into my ship and bring them to obscure locations to drive and crash
My favourite ice giant lore is the exotic forms of ice that probably exist in their atmospheres, like Ice XI which is ferroelectric

ok so a few years ago i discovered my visual snow isn't just "vision being weird" and its a specific and currently poorly understood thing. Hadn't thought about it for a while, but just this morning while unable to sleep due to stress from being out of hormones (for a few days now), I first realized I heard a faint tinnitus-hiss, then realized I was seeing the usual visual snow, then realized that I think those have both been missing since I started HRT months prior (only noticing its reappearance). definitely an interesting lead for neuroscientists if HRT gets rid of visual snow + mild tinnitus, and I'll post an update when my hormones finally get here.

decided to finally come up with a new password when making this account, but of course couldn't remember it after the recent logouting. found one of my devices that had it saved in browser so we back
Source is a youtube comment, but this was a devastating discovery while I was happily listening to Gustav Holst- The Planets:
comment:
Fun fact: This is actually is the first example of a fade-out in music. In "Neptune", Holst had a women's choir offstage, and towards the end, a door was closed slowly to create the fade-out effect. This was used to convey how far Neptune was, at the time (and today still) the furthest planet discovered (Edit: in the solar system).
