How is this a defense? "In this game I can do the totally unnecessary crimes capitalists do in real life, therefore I must." No, you don't have to fucking do it.

The original poster clearly is upset that, when playing as a fascist, the game shits upon him.

I do feel Disco Elysium is quite different, as unlike most games it doesn't glorify your choices. Most games aren't like that though, you can play a human-first fascist-lite in Mass Effect and still save the universe and receive oodles of praise, for instance.

If the shit posts on the walls of Pompeii could become history, why not Hexbear?

In Ocarina of Time, walking out into what was a bustling town to find it ruined and filled with zombies was a real 👀 😨 for me as a kid. Instant raising of the stakes.

gross

Gross used to mean 144, but thanks to the worst president all time, it's now the amount of animals it takes to ruin an interior in <4 years.

soul

Please define this word for me, because I don't think we think it is the same word.

How about this hot take: We are about more than reproduction. Human society is enriched by having both young and old present, and adulthood doesn't kill your soul, capitalism does.

I felt like the "Let Johnny have the body" felt right. V already should have died, and she was going to die anyway. Johnny had become far less self-centered and could actually become a positive force in the world some day.

It's the only thing about the whole game that really stuck with me, well besides the crucification quest.

Are things still sold for a profit in this hypothetical world?
