Anarchy is the ideal; just as any other system it will adapt or be unobtainable in situations. It's the guiding light to the future.

Anarchy is the group without a leader, where everyone can be heard; not an individual protesting state. Cooperation, communes for life. Communes can exist under most governments, and might be a stepping stone.

The purest form of anarchy I can imagine is volunteering. Sheltering the homeless, feeding the sick.

If anarchy is naught more than a lifestyle, then authority is a bad daydream 😎

What I love about it, and will point out here is that it's not wrong, any of the thoughts you came with - anarchy is what we make it - and it's endlessly inclusive

That and the narrative and enemy creation we see being done on immigrants is real.

Wouldn't surprise me if the pensioner being beat up was faked 🤷

Look. You have no clue on their situation is my point.

Chill. Also, where did I say I didn't want to medically transistion?

[–] Cassa@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

No offense, but you don't need to medically transition.

You should wait as long as you're okay with - and we don't know how this person feels about waiting.

It's a bit of overkill to say it's stockholm syndrome...

Yes also really curious as to how kernel level anti-cheat is going to be implemented through proton 🤔

I guess they could port it to linux native?

No, they probably don't 😅 just like floppy disks. The term now generally means "useless"

Yup, got my 100$ yesterday -it is anti-lawsuit stuff but will cover the cost of fixing a new battery

Can confirm my pixel 6a battery went to dogshit this week. Almost feels like it's more the update than anything with the battery.... but I guess I'll be learning to switch battery and finally going back to lineageos

The indoctrination of windows is extreme. Windows is just as hard as linux, harder even with all the layers of obscurity.

And yet... linux is hard, and users decry RTFM as "not growing the userbase"

Veldig gode nyheter for ytringsfriheten og aktivisme i dag 🥰

According to findings announced by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and published in The Lancet journal, there were an estimated 64,260 “traumatic injury deaths” in Gaza between October 7, 2023 and June 30, 2024. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza put the figure at 37,877 at the time.

This means the ministry has underreported the death toll due to violence by approximately 41%, the researchers found. As of October, the number of Gazans killed by violence was thought to exceed 70,000, the study said, based on the estimated underreporting rate.

The total death toll attributable to Israel’s military campaign is likely to be higher still, it said, as its analysis doesn’t account for deaths caused by disruption to health care, insufficient food, clean water and sanitation, and disease outbreaks.

I've found that a good way to check for actual tolerance in a group is how they treat their furries.

Also, the furries make the internet work. plz. I need the furry hacking power in the world.
