I worked in a factory and everyone there including myself hated it. The hours are long, the work is mind-numbingly boring, and only the minimum level of pay and protection is provided. Most people want and deserve better for themselves.

How much interaction have you had with anyone native to the area? It's the same kind of racism you would experience being different in the rural US. You can virtue signal all you want but it doesn't change that the breed of racism they exhibit is built from ignorance and cultural failures. There is a reason they have an insane suicide rate in SK.
