No luck, movies that are mkvs require a remux. I checked the logs but could not see the reason for the remux

Sound absorbing materials with some space between them will work best, so if you go with curtains you'll want to get the double curtain rod to put in two sets. The space between the material helps reduce the transfer of sound energy.
White noise machines do wonders for killing external noise, but then that's all you hear. Similar to running a loud fan, I can't hear anything when my fan is running.
Yeah, no problem. I just wanted to save space in my server as my disk rips are big and AV1 is really impressive.
It says "Allow video playback that requires converaion without reencoding" I assume this is the remux setting?
I only put the av1 encoded file in the library, so nothing to rescan... This time .
Yes, I have that set to enabled.
I found the repacking setting under transcoding, let me turn that off and see if the remuxing stops.
I can share the file with you if you want to see what happens? But I'm not going to put that link here lol
I'm using MKV, but for whatever reason Jellyfin wants to remux all the MKVs 🤘
Hmm. I also encoded with handbrake, maybe an issue with the Roku ultra?
It does are package, remux. Not sure how to prevent this
I stopped paying for services because of the ease of not having to jump between different apps on the Roku to watch various movies. Locally hosting my content had simplified everything for the whole family.
