Teven Jenkins - He went from a guy that showed flashes last year, to a guy fans are begging Getsy to run behind. He has fought back from injuries and the organization not believing in him

I think it would be like the Dolphins season and Eberflus would get the Philbin treatment. I'm not sure there is a comparison for George, maybe Mark Davis?
