Basically, the big circle is what you think of them, and the small circle is what you believe they think of you.

For a showroom vehicle where you want everything on the vehicle to be as spotless and unblemished as possible, yeah, I would imagine some places would.

Sure, not everywhere is gonna do it, but I would guess that they had a time or two where a car slipped on the curb and scuffed up the tire. It's one more thing to potentially turn off a customer. Plus, they maybe can't sell the car until they replace the damaged tires (just my guess).

Wouldn't that be the same for any show car? Like, you don't want to scuff up the new tires by unnecessarily taking the car over a curb.

Granted, they should have put them away for the show, but they clearly don't have much brain power to show.

Pet peeve:

You can't call a GIF a perfect loop if it starts and end with the looped element disappearing. Any GIF would be a perfect loop if the only animated part goes off screen for the looping point.

What's your thoughts on the provided OpenWRT vs vanilla?

I'm glad to hear that. The Flint series isn't the most popular out there, but most everyone has good things to say about them.

The missing video and screen sharing are probably the biggest things that would keep me in my group for moving over. The project looks promising though, and I'll definitely be watching it closely. Especially since discord is quickly going downhill.

I ordered the Flint 2 a few days ago. I can report back how it is once it arrives. Sucks that I have to buy a second router, but the Asus one I originally got has been a real pain.

I took a look at Spacebar and it is quite interesting. It seems promising, but looks to be quite a ways away from replacing discord. The lack of an app yet sucks too.

I'll keep it on my radar.

Skype is dead, sites like ooVoo are long gone, TeamSpeak seems to be held up in part by game clans.

While I can't say they actively killed the competition, they certainly gave plenty of services little reason to exist. Discord created such a good and new service, that there wasn't any reason to leave it for a different service.

Seems to be Dwarf Fortress inspired:

  • Start with 7 dwarves but you can build and support a population of hundreds.
  • A simulated world with changing weather and seasons that have a big impact on gameplay.
  • Every one of your settlers has their own needs and desires to fulfil as they work together for the common good.
  • A deep crafting tree that leaves no natural resource unused, tied together into satisfying production chains.
  • Progress through skill tiers to craft better tools and weapons.
  • Trade with merchants to increase your wealth even further.
  • Form up and train your military to battle monsters and invaders...
  • ...or play in Peaceful Mode to chill out with a relaxing city-builder experience.
  • Twitch integration (using viewer names for settlers) to encourage stream audience interaction.
  • Built "Mod-first" so that everything is moddable.

I don't see why you can't chill it. I would have to guess they say that so you don't ruin the temper. Maybe chilling it speeds up the white film and they had lots of people complaining?
