Aren't crows typical city bird in your country? In France, they are. Both crows and jackdaw but actuall ravens are more rare.
How is this not enforceable ? When someone is way to loud, drunk, promesticutus or drunk in the public space, you can call the police. Of course, there is appropiate mesures so police won’t come for music that is merelly loud but appropriate public behaviour is indeed enforced.

It had only lasted for a second. I hadn't time to take a screen shot but that's weird to feel like someone else has connected to your computer.
I've saw a weird phenomenon where someone else user was written in place of mine for a second when I opened the web page. I was not connected, one a PC using Firefox.
Could it be related ? Is this the right place to signal it ?
