The right wing routinely try to co-opt terminology and twist it to their uses. You've fallen for this again by assuming every mention of a term is actually the twisted propoganda version.

It's both. Young men are being pushed right because much leftleaning messaging has decided to, uncharacteristically, broadly paint men in general as bad, instead of being more focused with their targets. This is unlike every other things where it fights against stereotyping.

I don't get what the point of saying stupid shit like this is. She had been speaker of the house for years, and in Congress for decades. Making 170-190k/year. That's not trailer money. Her husband also was wealthy prior to this.

Did they abuse her position for personal gain? Yes.

Would they be poor without it? Fuck no

Is she the worst offender? Also no, but Republicans refuse to admit their own politicians do the same shit, more blatantly and more often. Do she gets criticism from all angles while Republican politicians get it only from the opposition. Being the most prominent member of the house also gave her advise more visibility.

There are HOA management companies. They work kind of like rental property management, but messing with property people actually own, so the board doesn't actually have to do anything. They often go ham on handing out fines to justify their existence to the board-they probably get a cut off the fines. Most of those horror stories you hear are due to these companies.
