25% of the world still uses Windows 7. People aren't going to switch to Linux when they have an OS that just works.

Several companies still have a call center. You might get a robot at the start, but that's usually to send you to the right specialist.

No, not really. Americans have a majority of their voting population that are racists, sexists, etc. If you didn't vote at all (and could), you're just as much to blame as the one voting for Trump.

They're referring to hours of entertainment. People pay $20 to see a 2 hour film. Games give us 50+ hours at times.

That's not to say games should cost the same as movies in terms of "entertainment hours".
