It's hilarious how Americans think they can simply move to any other country at the drop of a hat. It's easy for us to VISIT most other nations, but permanently moving is a time consuming process in which you have to prove to have some sort of value to their economy. The only shortcuts are marriage or dual citizenship from birth. Or shitloads of cash to bribe your way in. The majority of people who vowed to move to Canada when Trump took office would be rejected, and that's one of the easier nations to emigrate to.

Assuming that is all TikTok is about is like assuming Youtube is nothing but reaction videos. Sure, these genres are really popular on their respective platforms, but it's a small sample of what they have to offer.
They're only 3 years apart but it looks more like 20 on stage. Biden is the perfect foil to make a senile Trump look full of youthful vitality. Literally could not have chosen a worse opponent from the entire gallery of DNC ghouls to face him. Wait, I take that back. Hillary would still be worse.
I did volunteer EMT for a short spell and I was always amazed at how grizzled and experienced ALS providers get in such a short amount of time. They've seen practically everything within a year of service and have so many veteran tricks of the trade and industry practices that throw out everything learned in a BLS textbook. Hope you made out without too much trauma because that can be some rough work on the psyche.
Are you a paramedic? I was under the impression that they would stabilize the limb as best as they could so they can be delivered to the ER where a doctor can amputate it under better conditions. Was the person trapped so that extrication required immediate amputation?
The US has killed more innocent civilians just in the Arabian Gulf than Saudi Arabia ever did. The US has committed vastly more violence unto the world by orders of magnitude. And that's not even touching on non military interventions meant to weaken and destabilize economies that do not bend their knee to the American empire.
That's rich considering the US is both more evil AND more of a shithole than Saudi Arabia.
They would most likely look the same but there are still evolutionary changes deeper in the DNA that aren't visible like metabolic and digestive functions. A modern horseshoe crab would not be able to reproduce with one from a 100 million years ago despite looking virtually identical.
Oh, I never suggested that. Livability on this planet will be very unevenly distributed and those who can hoard resources will protect it at all costs. But yeah, we are nearly impossible to kill off completely. Language, planning and writing are the big game changers that give us a leg up on past species that faced extinction events. I don't think even nuclear war or a meteor strike will fully wipe out humanity at this point.
