That should have been your first clue. You're getting 3rd hand information from someone not entirely familiar with the situation, getting information from a son that got limited information from their commander. Stop spreading misinformation...

She is a minor cult leader with a tiny following who targets idiots with not a lot of money to begin with and convinces them to not pay their hydro and phone bills so they can give it to her instead. She is literally just a Canadian SovCit with delusions of grandeur. She's no where near the level of Scientology or LDS.

That depends on your instance. Kbin gives that grace period, or at least when viewing from Kbin. It should be easy enough to implement, if the instance owner is willing.
