I learned this years ago. Many minivans are capable of towing 3500 pounds and can hold 4'x8' sheets of plywood flat on the floor. The bonus is that I can also carry 6 passengers with me if I need, which you can't do with a pickup. At least not legally, anyways.
You can't say for sure. My house has a gas stove and a 220v outlet for an electric stove. Most houses are wired for an electric stove even if it has gas, because not everyone is going to want a gas stove and wiring an outlet is easier than running a gas line.

Just make sure it's the only thing powered on that circuit, since an induction hotplate can easily pull 1500 watts at full power. You could also get a 220v to 110v adapter and use the stove outlet for the induction hotplate, which should give you an isolated 20A circuit.

No one is saying that being a CEO is easy. We're just saying they don't deserve multi-million dollar salaries and bonuses so large that it could easily give every single worker under them a significant wage increase. No single person does enough to deserve that much compensation when the people under them are struggling to afford housing.
Your body replaces all of your cells over the course of 7 to 10 years. So every 7 or so years, you are literally no longer the same person that you were. What's the difference between that and expediting the process with a transporter?
Flyers are a big part of our salary. We lose money every time someone asks to be put on the list. I don't know how often you check your box, but some people on my route don't check for months. I don't give those people flyers once it fills up. But if you're still getting mail and we have to clear out the flyers to make room, we do tend to get a little annoyed.

You can not like flyers but still get flyers since you didn't ask to be put on the list. We usually know which ones don't like or don't care about flyers. If you leave a note taped to the bottom of your box at the front so that we see our while we're working, we'll usually not give you flyers while also forgetting to report it when we get back to the office. There are lots of options that let us bend the rules. We'll work with you if you give us a chance.
Addressed ad mail is a different story. We legally have to deliver everything as addressed, even junk mail. Those you have to fight with whoever is sending you that crap.
