Very good. Let's hope they win the case. That board language is bullshit.
Is the approved confusing language a done-deal or can it be challenged in court?
Yes, the world got destroyed, but for a beautiful moment we created a lot of value for shareholders.
Your grandfather's marijuana didn't have the THC levels certified, so you were never totally sure exactly how high you were going to get. These days you can dial it in exactly to your liking.
Grow little dudes! Grow!
Maybe cars were a bad idea...
How could the law possibly not fit Ohio if the majority of voters approve of that law?
Maybe we can slip in an amendment that changes it to train station....
The part that makes no sense to me about that argument is that the measure has nothing to do with money or even out of state money. For the life of me I don't know why people are allowed to donate to campaigns on issues that don't affect them directly, but issue 1 had absolutely nothing to do with money.
So, uh, I like the second amendment, but issue 1 is completely unrelated....
Of course the logic used for vote no campaigns was equally stupid, so I guess this one had dumb messaging all around.
The real intent and purpose of issue 1 was obvious from the very beginning, and I can only assume most people understood what it was really about.
It would make more sense as "every city in US is a third world hellhole" otherwise there's no irony.
