My dog is the most cowardly dog I've ever met. All I would have to do is bring the toy he is afraid of. All the other dogs will either ignore it or want to play with it. But my dog will recognize the scary toy and cower. I got him that toy for Christmas and it was a really nice expensive toy. Same brand as all his other toys he loves. But for whatever reason, he's scared of it. So I gave it to my parent's dogs who think it's just the best toy they've ever seen.
Chicago has been excellent about this. If the people say a bike lane is needed, they will very likely put it in. The only issue that really gets in the way is the privatized parking meter issue. We really shot ourselves in the foot with that one. Still, I only ever see bike infrastructure get better in Chicago every day. There are even some streets that are being made permanent pedestrian only areas which I'm stoked about!
It's always funny when I get an email at work that starts with "Dear ____, I hope this email finds you well."
It's cool in here boy
Artist's impression of a person without a skeleton... Or hair lol.
I mean... If it's somewhere you don't want to be...
Ok but in all seriousness, as someone who's trying to find out what the fuck is wrong with me... Diabetes shares a fuck ton of symptoms with other scary things. So like... It could be diabetes, or cancer, or MS, or many more things have a nice day 🙂

There's dozens of us! DOZENS!!!
I do the same to portion homemade sauces and such. I have a silicone cupcake tray where each cup is 1/2 cup of liquid. So I fill and freeze it and pop them all out into a baggie to keep frozen till I need them. Then I can make super quick dinner by grabbing a couple of pucks from the freezer and warming it up to go on pasta and grilled chicken.
This is exactly why, as a graphic designer, I'm currently trying to upskill into other areas. I have reached the peak in my career as just a graph designer and no one will want to hire me at my current salary. So for now, I work at a big evil corporation that can pay my salary while I learn skills that can maybe help me get a different job later at a higher salary. So maybe I can get a more morally sound job as something else like a project manager or something else boring, but bring my design skills with me that can help these smaller companies improve their brand and UX.
Maybe if it wasn't such a pain in the ass to use apple TV, they could actually make some of that money back? I really wanted to see Severance and a few other things that were on apple TV. So we decided we would wait for season 1 to end so we could binge all the things we liked and then possibly explore what else they had and decide if we wanted to keep it or not. I have never been more frustrated over using a streaming service in my whole life. We were watching via browser and we tried several browsers and they all had the same problems. It just kept not registering that we were logged in and would make us go through tons of hoops to log in each time and would even lock us out of the account sometimes while attempting to log in again. For reference, this wasn't a free trial or anything, we were paying for the service and it just didn't work. We came back a few months later to watch season 2 and the experience was somehow worse. Nearly unusable. Why would I ever pay for that? So I think after this last try, we're completely done with it. I loved Severance, but it's honestly so bad that I won't be watching season 3.
