I used the same moronic username I got from a name generator for 20 years before Reddit was trashed. I took the opportunity to reinvent myself. I'm a techie with a beard....

I've always been a proponent of full-fat products. Give me cream and I'll drink it! It is the sugar that I am wary of, even though it is so delicious!

I agree that the complicated and abstract lifestyle most of us lead factor into our well-being and mental state, but I think it is extremely reductionist to say all mental illness stems from this issue.
