That's typical with any PT. Best way to start is to download freeleech files. They won't count towards your download but will help your upload.
Head to ABTorrents they're a PT that specializes in audiobooks and ebooks. They recently had open sign ups and it possibly might still be open.
You either have to know someone that's in one already and get an invite or wait till they have open registration/recruitment. You can always search up which trackers have an open sign up through a simple search.
