I downvoted you because I don't think you are being objective and instead are bringing your own prejudices and preconceptions to your analysis. Basically you are guilty of the same kinds of bias that you accuse OP of.

Meritocracy in the US is almost entirely a myth, outside of a few sports.

Free will as it's popularly understood doesn't actually exist.

Most shoes are bad for us and cause injuries over the course of our lives .

381 seems like a low estimate to me. California alone had over 50 different languages.

Not enough sleeve tattoos.

Right, but that's still not necessarily grounds for using it as an everyday driver the way a lot of North Americans do.

And I say "North Americans" advisedly, since big oversized pick-ups are very popular in both Canada and Mexico as well.

The answer is a resounding yes; in most of the US it's absolutely normal to have large appliances delivered, installed and your old appliance hauled away as part of a single purchase. Where this isn't as true is in rural areas that, especially in the west, are often far more remote than anything in Europe apart from, perhaps, Northern Scandinavia and parts of Russia.

Journalists don't write their own heds. It would have been an editor who wrote it. Your point stands otherwise.

That's a distinction without a difference.

Not at all. The majority opinion in Dodd clearly states that the issue should be decided at the state level, so even if a case somehow did make it to the SC, they would almost certainly decline to hear it since the matter, as far as they're concerned, is already settled. In that event the last ruling stands and cannot be further appealed.

Well all that shows is that you don't have to be conservative to be scared of cities.

Fair play. That said, you get used to it.

We're not asking. We're taking the Gadsden Flag back whether they or anyone else likes it or not. It's our flag, not theirs.
