Slightly related but is there a way to see when a community was created? What's the threshold for newly made communities?

Earlier this evening I tried to make a post on the Genshin Impact NSFW community and while I was able to upload my image I couldn't make the post, I'd like send but nothing would happen. I left it for a couple of minutes, nothing. I tried remaking the post but same thing.
How would I donate via Ethereum or Monero? I've avoided all crypto.
Yeah I get this frequently too, it seems smaller files have a higher chance of being uploaded which makes sense.
