I was thinking it was Tiny Toons that introduced me to this one? Though, so many years ago... not so sure anymore, with as much as I watched all the toons back then.

I stated, as a thought experiment, that if the penalty for murder is death, then all who participate will end up included in that sentencing if there are no differences in, who committed murder, or why.
I then made the statement of my belief, which seems to also be yours, that there should be no death penalty.
