Not if you assume people will be altruistic and that the system will not be corrupt, which are the assumptions people make for theoretical communism. Then it too can be egalitarian.

I feel if you assume the good will which a communist society would need to flourish, a capitalist society would also be egalitarian under similar conditions.

Just to fight against the hive mind that America is a uniform hell scape. People from my team routinely dip with only a few days notice for vacations and sometimes because they feel like they need a day off.
Frankly I don't take my PTO but that's more of a personal problem than my work's. I was a workaholic through college because frankly I'm not outstandingly smart.
At ten seconds you can see that it is a CrossFit gym. The guy was probably kicked out but because he wasn't being extreme enough.
