Wow, the woman who has several children with Elon Musk is a dumbass who tries to do the colourblind anti racism schtick.

No analysis, just vibes. blob-no-thoughts

Just got subjected to funny-clown-hammer content crowing about how the Houthis have apparently been destroyed thus owning the commies.

These are the smuggest shitheads I’ve ever seen, the Houthis wouldn’t still be around if a couple of bombs were enough to stop them. I don’t understand why these supposedly pro Palestine people are also celebrating the US apparently destroying them. Why do they think this started?

The argument they seem to be making is literally that they’re justified to do genocide as they’re all Hamas which is ISIS, but ISIS is actually good as they condemned Hamas.

There were no soviets to do the heavy lifting in the pacific theatre.

Who cares about small issues like those, you gotta look at the big picture. Genocide, climate collapse, constant debt and creeping (not so much creeping as already there) fascism are just facts of life, so you better buckle up and vote buttercup if you don’t want it to go slightly faster.

Remember when the libs pretended to care about the border wall and detention camps? One of the few things that Biden has unilaterally approved other than more ammo to fuel genocide is building the border wall, somehow there was no parliamentarian there to stop that.

Wonder if this would be an IDF thing if Muslims didn’t circumcise.

Ron Paul I can kind of understand as he was the only anti war candidate during the Iraq war and thus had some non batshit support, but Yang is unforgivable.

Edit: just realized that the events I’m thinking of were 20 years ago and crumbling into dust.

Who knew that cutting out any thoughts of build quality to earn the shareholders some extra money would backfire.

One of the inherent problems with capitalism is that it always tends to this shit. Once you are a market leader companies just start cutting quality. Nobody cares about long term thinking, just immediate gains.

Settler colonialism is a real thing that happened in history with devastating consequences for indigenous peoples around the globe.

Still very much happening but it's only really being called out in Western societies. Meanwhile indigenous Tibetans are having their culture erased by Han Chinese, etc...

The fact that they’re so hung up on sloganeering is further evidence of how deeply unserious these people are.

There is no way to protest in a way that is acceptable if it is against the neoliberal world order. Quibbles about slogans are just a distraction to keep the status quo going while pretending that you’re not a terrible person.

I hate the US as much as the next person but the meme itself is basically whataboutism.

How the fuck is this whataboutism?

The whataboutism is 75% of the thread going out to defend the US prison system by saying that a wartime prison before the age of antibiotics was slightly worse than current US prisons. So little discussion of the topic at hand.

Edit: oh fuck, found the millions of prisoners in Xinjang part of the thread.

The main argument against ethnic cleansing and resettlement of Gaza I see from Israel supporters is essentially that it isn’t realistic. Not condemnation of the calls for genocide, but quibbling about the feasibility.

Also that the people saying this are ‘fringe’, such as the president, several ministers and members of the largest party. Not that what they’re saying is wrong.
