Try rebooting your router if you are at home. Also try accessing from another device like a PC/laptop to see if it is your network or the phone
I mean when presented with new information, changing your stance is a smart thing. We thought the USA was like us and a worthy partner, their admin and a large percent of their population has shown they aren't like Canadians
If you type 1.1.1.1 into your URL bar of a browser do you see the cloudflare site? If you do 8.8.8.8 do you see a google page?
Typically DNS is via one of these, although your home router and ISP might be using their own cached version.

Is wrong in my opinion. Roof and Boiler maintenance is supposed to be part of building maintenance on a deprecation report. These aren't sudden surprises, they are planned replacement that you build a fund for with the rental income being charged.
