I exclusively use Bookwyrm now. The duplicates are annoying so I pick the one with the most reviews and if something is missing details I just add them myself.
It sucks that they are being singled out but when you publicise links to copyrighted material you are asking for trouble.
Seems like it's just unnecessary so I personally wouldn't bother.
I'm expecting a complete shit show of disappointment but will happily be proved wrong by EA and Battlefield Studios.
This kind of update is always welcome. Probably 80% of my console time is spent on backwards compatible games anyway.
Final Fantasy IX on my little Miyoo Flip. I've never played a FF game before and it's my wife's favourite so I thought why not. So far I've helped steal a ladder, had a concert ticket turn out to be a fake :( and stole gil from a few houses and I'll play some more this evening. It's also a beautiful looking game.
There are so many games being made nowadays that it's not even hard to avoid the shitty "service" games. It's just that the mainstream gamer/society doesn't bother looking but there are plenty of games with closure.
Someone mentioned this before but the headlines for this story is very misleading. Now ArsTechnica have added "android-based" like that makes a difference...
Euro Truck Simulator 2
The week that I pack away my wheel/pedals is the same time I get the urge to go back to ETS2... :D
Controller and a numpad for extra buttons works really well. Obviously not as immersive but is much easier/quicker to jump in and start playing.
Shift 2 was actually pretty good, I forgot about that one.
